小鼠腹腔巨噬細(xì)胞和雜交瘤細(xì)胞樣品*次在較好的生長條件下進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)。細(xì)胞生長在改良的動態(tài)細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)，該系統(tǒng)包含兩個細(xì)胞反應(yīng)器，每一個反應(yīng)器中有培養(yǎng)液儲存系統(tǒng)，換液系統(tǒng)，兩個細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)室及氣室。氣室中初始?xì)怏w為含8%CO2、25%O2的混合氣體；氣室與培養(yǎng)室之間有一層可以進(jìn)行氣體交換的薄膜相隔。每一反應(yīng)器中有一個培養(yǎng)室，由滲透泵驅(qū)動換液，培養(yǎng)液流速大約為60微升/天，稱為流動培養(yǎng)室。另一個非換液室稱為靜止培養(yǎng)室。溫控裝置維持培養(yǎng)室內(nèi)溫度約為36±1℃，培養(yǎng)液儲存室溫度約為15±2°C。經(jīng)過15天的空問飛行試驗表明我國自行研制的這一裝置基本適合巨噬細(xì)胞的培養(yǎng)，貼附在微載體上的巨噬細(xì)胞在改良的動態(tài)培養(yǎng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)存活良好。裝置還需要進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)和完善。目前，一個更高水平和更大容量的細(xì)胞反應(yīng)器正在研制中。原核細(xì)胞（prokaryotic cell）沒有核膜，遺傳物質(zhì)集中在一個沒有明確界限的低電子密度區(qū)。DNA為裸露的環(huán)狀分子，通常沒有結(jié)合蛋白，環(huán)的直徑約為2.5納米，周長約幾十納米。沒有恒定的內(nèi)膜系統(tǒng)，核糖體為70S型，原核細(xì)胞構(gòu)成的生物稱為原核生物（prokaryote），均為單細(xì)胞生物，通常稱為細(xì)菌（bacterium）。
原核細(xì)胞（ procaryotic/prokaryotic cell ）指沒有核膜且不進(jìn)行有絲分裂、減數(shù)分裂、無絲分裂的細(xì)胞。這種細(xì)胞不發(fā)生原生質(zhì)流動，觀察不到變形蟲樣運動。鞭毛（flagellum）呈單一的結(jié)構(gòu)。光合作用、氧化磷酸化在細(xì)胞膜進(jìn)行，沒有葉綠體（chloroplast）、線粒體(mitochondrion）等細(xì)胞器(organelles）的分化，只有核糖體。由這種細(xì)胞構(gòu)成的生物，稱為原核生物，它包括所有的細(xì)菌和藍(lán)藻類。[2]  即構(gòu)成細(xì)菌和藍(lán)藻等低等生物體的細(xì)胞。它沒有真正的細(xì)胞核（nucleus），只有原核或擬核，所含的一個基因帶（或染色體），是環(huán)狀雙股單一順序的脫氧核糖核酸分子（circular DNA），沒有組蛋白（histone）與之結(jié)合無核仁（nucleolus），缺乏核膜（nuclear envelope）。外層原生質(zhì)中有70 S核糖體與中間體，缺乏高爾基體（Golgi apparatus）、內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)（E.R.）、線粒體和中心體（centrosomes）等。轉(zhuǎn)錄和轉(zhuǎn)譯（transcription and translation）同時進(jìn)行，四周質(zhì)膜內(nèi)含有呼吸酶。無有絲分裂（mitosis）和減數(shù)分裂（meiosis），脫氧核糖核酸（DNA）復(fù)制后，細(xì)胞隨即分裂為二。
