入冬以來，我國各地流感高發(fā)。北宋楊士瀛所著的《仁齋直指方》寫道：“治感冒風邪，發(fā)熱頭痛，咳嗽聲重，涕唾粘稠。”清代林佩琴在《類證治裁》中提出：“時行感冒，寒熱往來，傷風無汗，參蘇飲，人參敗毒散。”

　　預防流感，中醫(yī)有不少簡便易行的小妙招：

　?、睙崴菽_。每天晚上熱水泡腳，可以改善足底部的血液循環(huán)。除了驅(qū)寒散風，還可溫通陽脈。人體所有的陽經(jīng)都從足部起始，熱水浸泡可達到養(yǎng)生保健、預防感冒的功效。每晚用較熱的水泡腳15分鐘，水中可以滴入一些醋或者放少量花椒。泡腳時，水量要沒過腳面，泡到雙腳發(fā)紅。還可以用掌心上下揉搓足底部的涌泉穴，驅(qū)除體內(nèi)的寒氣。尤其出現(xiàn)頭痛、畏寒、周身疼痛等輕度不適癥狀時，熱水泡腳有助于阻斷感冒的發(fā)生。

　?、瞐n摩穴位。頭面部穴位an摩對防治感冒有重要作用。中醫(yī)認為，頭部為諸陽之會，人體經(jīng)脈的陽氣在頭面部交匯，an摩頭面部的穴位能防治感冒。每天早晨先將兩手對搓，掌心溫熱后以掌心對迎香穴上下an摩18次，可以預防感冒及減輕感冒鼻塞、流涕等癥狀。此外，來回an摩太陽穴、風池穴直到發(fā)熱，也能預防感冒及減輕感冒后頭痛、頸項不適等癥狀。
